Corelia Intelligence is a research workspace for cardio-renal evidence review and decision dossiers, operated by Corelia Bio. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the app and the choices you have.

Data we collect

We collect your name and email address when you create an account, and the content you enter into the workspace: projects, evidence records, claims, reviews and contact form messages. We also keep audit logs recording who performed key actions (such as edits, reviews and exports) to satisfy research accountability requirements.

How we use it

• To provide the workspace: storing your projects, evidence and dossiers, and enforcing access controls so only you and authorised reviewers in your organisation can see them.
• To operate your subscription, including receipts and renewal reminders.
• To respond to enquiries you send through the contact form.
• To keep an auditable record of research decisions, as required by our compliance obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your confidential research content for advertising or to train models. Your project data is visible only to you, the reviewers you name, and platform administrators who need to maintain the service.

Data retention and deletion

Your research data is preserved if a subscription ends, so nothing is lost unexpectedly. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time from the Settings page or by contacting us. We retain audit events for as long as required for research accountability.
