About Corelia Intelligence
A research workspace for cardio-renal evidence decisions, built by Corelia Bio.
Corelia Intelligence turns fragmented evidence into decision-ready intelligence for cardio-renal R&D. In drug development, critical choices about a mechanism, a tissue model or a study design are made against a scattered literature, and the reasoning behind them is rarely captured anywhere. The workspace fixes that: you frame the question once, organise the supporting evidence into structured, citable records, have it reviewed, and export a version-locked decision dossier that can stand up to scrutiny later.
It is built for the people who own those decisions: programme leads and translational scientists in biotech and pharma, preclinical teams sizing up study options, and the named scientific reviewers who must sign off on the evidence behind a decision. Every claim is tagged as an observation, an interpretation or a proposal, every statement ties back to a source, and every edit and review is captured in an audit trail, so an assessment can be traced months or years after it was made.
Corelia Intelligence is built and operated by Corelia Bio, a team focused on the cardio-renal axis and how evidence gets used in early development. The product reflects the way that team actually works: one workflow from question to dossier, with review and export locked to the exact version that was approved. Pricing is designed for teams, with a public demo so you can explore a real, non-confidential sample dossier before committing.
Who is behind it
Corelia Intelligence is built by Ronald St-Louis, PhD, founder of Corelia Bio. He has more than 12 years of experience across academia and industry, specialising in the pathophysiology of cardiometabolic disease: diabetes, diabetic nephropathy, chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular and liver disease.
His PhD in molecular and cellular neurobiology (Sorbonne University, Paris) was followed by postdoctoral work on CKD-related vascular calcification at Laval University, and a research fellowship at the Joslin Diabetes Center / Harvard Medical School, where he validated PKM2 as a protective biomarker in diabetic nephropathy in collaboration with Sanofi-Aventis. In industry he led target identification and target validation projects in cardiometabolic disease as Senior Scientist and Project Leader at Evotec, and worked on age-related disease models at OVIBIO. He is currently Section Editor for a special issue on novel therapeutic approaches and biomarkers for CKD in Current Drug Therapy, and is a peer reviewer for Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy and Current Drug Therapy.
His publications are listed on PubMed. The product encodes this laboratory and drug-discovery experience directly: how questions are framed, how model systems are compared honestly against what they can and cannot establish, and how decisions are documented so they can withstand scrutiny months or years later.
Company information and data security
Corelia Intelligence is developed and operated by Corelia Bio, Am Teichhof 5A, 37120 Bovenden, Germany. Corelia Bio is in its founding phase and is not yet entered in the commercial register; registration details will be published here once incorporation completes. Your projects are private by default: only you, the reviewers you assign and your workspace admins can see them, and project data is never shared between customers. Every intake, edit, review and export is recorded in an audit trail, and exported dossiers are version-locked to exactly the version that was approved, so internal evidence can be shared with a clear record of what changed and when.
